im traveling a lot with the train and i hate it when im in the mood to make some presets and i dont have the synth i like with me.

honestly do never give your daw the right to use the internet if you using cracked synths and things.to your information Zebra calls still home, because you cant remove that home calling, when its to deep in the code.

seems i was a bit fast. there is still some routine left which makes the plugin unusable for the moment.

will you post here again to admit its not fully cracked if you get the timebomb or keep your opinion that its fully working just to not loose your face ?

I tried for about 10 min change and saved presets it is fully working

I got no Licence mess at all

BUT I DONT HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION ON MY STUDIO PC HELL I DONT EVEN HAVE THE MOBOS BUILT IN LAN DRIVERS INSTALLED

Gonna come back tomorrow with a longer test report and on several DAWS aswell

NO, I don't think it's the home-calls that make the plugins turn to DEMO again. It's a special code embedded by paranoid URS HECKMANN!! Just compare some new plugins with some older and you'll notice a longer + heavier code inside the binary.

If someone need unique sounds, this is the No.1 Synthesiser
Calling all the complainer here: just follow exactly the R2R instruction and you will be happy (on Mac at least).

It is NOT fully cracked. I advise those not to just pull the plugin up and fiddle with it for two seconds then return here with the confirmation. The prompt will trigger from changing through presets.

Also, I recommend those to scan their system before installing and also look into their OS temp app data folder and see if any unwanted program/s pop up.

Third, I can handle not having this plugin as a collectable. The majority of sounds I heard are wet trees that need to be chopped down. The signals are too hot, use too much spectrum, or jump out of it completely. You will carve the life out of these before all instruments will have good nuance in a song.

look in your user/library/audio/plugins... and replace it. Me i was pul it all in HD/library/audio/plugins...

For Mac users,
Install older version and then this one, replace only vst and all will be ok!

how is that possible? an older version won't have the same presets, a 64bit AU... doesn't make sense...

Wasn't the previous crack of Helix perfectly working?
Also, Zebra 2.5 for Mac was cracked like 18 months ago... I didn't hear it became a demo after some use.

nope! i had my ableton not firewalled - zebra 2.5.2 assign turned black and all timebombs came back. reinstalled and cleaned everything and firewalled ableton and zebra was working until the new version came out - so its def home calling.

so i tested the new helix on an other computer again with reaper and let it play/turned knobs - switched thru the presets and the same problem came after a while. (was a clean install on the other comp - so def not a problem with an old lic file or something and the 2nd comp has no internet!)

So I'll stick to the former release by R2R (audioz.info/audio-software/win/43027-download_audjoo-helix-v20120221.html)which
is working fine (don't see any differences to the new release anyway).

For me Live 9.0.5 (legal version) works smooth

@ Articstorm – Uhe aka URS HECKMANN is paranoid because he fears his software being pirated. He even applies new protections to minor upgrades, that proves that he's in some way mentally sick! That could be the explanation to your issues: Plugins call home + there are several traps in his codes. On KVR-Forum he stated that crackers are for him a bunch of teens manipulating hex-codes...that proves that he knows nothing about the real cracking scene.

I give a shit about this synth or Zebra... like NYCSam (indirectly) wrote:
too much programming. There are ways to get - f.e. this waveshaped
hardcore drum n bass lead sounds with other synths/fx - even with 100%
freeware. I (also) have better things to do instead of programing overhyped
but too complex vstis.
