Activation was clean and fast for me too, although sometimes it simply deactivates itself, I don't know exactly what could trigger this. This time I just re-insert what the keygen generated and it works. If I have to re-activate it every time I open a saved project, that's bit "meh", I'll check it out later. Otherwise, it's a good plugin, but I don't feel like it's a must-have for now.

I feel it as a saver for certain cimcurstances, as some extremely complex live takes usually messed up when drop to trash is an absolute *no way*. Of course, as happens in lots of cases, we can try to work in a more pro & detailed stepped way, but through a little few tweaks this vst does a nice job. For quick test purposes (eg.; "can I save this terrible drums take??") is a must have (for me).

A window appears saying "internal error (1)." when trying using the machine ID from TBT with the keygen. OwnTHD vst3 isn't working or not appearing on Ableton. And I can't create a license file for any DV plugin with the keygen, it gives error for all.

Nothing is being written on the plugin folder at this step of the activation, these are errors that occur when reading the MachineID files that the plugins save on the desktop (or anywhere), with the keygen. The keygen either crashes with an error window, or says its invalid ID in the log. Also, i'm using Windows 11, not mac. But even with the windows equivalent, this doesn't solve anything.

this is incorrect. it writes and reads the generated license from the created app folder. look at the folder 👀

That's just not what was causing the error. Take a look at the revised TBT KeyGen R2R released some hours ago. There is explained what was causing the issue, which has nothing to do with what you're talking about.

Everything working perfectly here Win11 PC Reaper/Bitwig. Zero issues experienced that others are reporting. Keygen doesn't crash, plug-ins recall in saved sessions and don't ask to be re-authorized. Zero issues. Installed everything in this Three Body R2R dump except the instruments, and they all work except the VST3 of OwnTHD doesn't scan and I needed to use the VST2.

Unsure what I am doing differently other than following the instructions in the exact order of operations described in the txt file.

once again. privileges need to be escalated for the plug folder. install app sudo chmod 777 the new plug folder in user/library/threebodytech then run keygen. basically the plugin needs write access and it’s in a locked folder. a normal installer i suppose would change these with install.

It seems to be related to the DAW. When I use Reason 12 to read the license, it crashes. When Cubase 13 reads the license, it succeeds. You can try it.
