FIXED :
We fixed the parameter of CS-EQ goes wrong after a while. This is what Slate
did as an "extra protection" (invented after the last UTOPiA's work). Their
InfinityEQ and many of new VMR modules have same protection. We hope CS-EQ
was the last one we missed, and we also hope Slate stops coding such an ear
breaking protection!

BTW, CS-EQ is the not one which produces wrong sound (we mentioned below).

For the people who can't load plugin, install vcredist 2019.
