Tracii Guns’ influence on the rock and metal scenes is profound and far-reaching. As the founder of the iconic bands L.A. Guns and the original Guns N’ Roses, Tracii Guns has been a key figure in revolutionizing rock music. His impact, both as a dynamic performer and a dedicated mentor, ensures that his legacy will inspire future generations.

Tracii’s exceptional guitar prowess is defined by its versatility and emotional intensity, combining a keen sense of melody, technical precision, and an extraordinary ability to convey emotion through his solos.

Tracii is also a passionate and articulate educator, which is another reason we’re thrilled to welcome him to the family with his first TrueFire project, Metamorphosis—a highly enlightening musical introspective of his journey of discovery and artistry.

” From bluesy rockabilly to black metal, with stops to explore psychedelic rock, hip hop, reggae, and everything in between — this is the musical journey that led me to the sounds I call home and the music I make today.

We’ll play over backing tracks spanning rock and roll of the 50s and 60s to blues shuffles and psychedelic 70s rock, ultimately culminating in hard rock and metal. Along the way, I’ll share my influences, key learnings, rhythm techniques and lead guitar approaches for each genre.
