no, actually, not all their plugins are great - and some are nembrini, some are softube, and some are bx, just with a different name. but the api console and the tapes are the best i've ever heard. by miles. enough to radically transform the texture of a sound from digital goo to beautiful, dense, textures, almost analog, round but sparkly, lively sound. their hitshille chambers are really sweet, too. enough with the frustration. "everything stinks". habe you checked them, of it's just the frustration speaking. most plugin do stink. very - and i mean very - few come close to the actual analog texture. uad have some of them. acustica have others. a few others coming close. no need to worsen reality more than it is. appreciate what you have. or go buy real compressors and consoles.

If I'm not mistaken these DSP bundles include optional installs of their respective (available/ported) native plugin versions. I think this one called Complete doesn't include Verve Machines and I'm not sure it includes full versions (non-Luna extensions) of Ampex and Studer. The one called Signature has all native plugins with the exception of the recently ported Ampex and Verve Machines. The Studio bundle doesn't have Ampex, Sound City, the API's, both chambers and few others.
