(tested in Bitwig 4.0.1)

A feature that I can't find in any oscilloscope is the "transient" mode in VPS Scope.

The waveform is triggered when you start playing, not grid/bar based. That means you can really see the waveform quite close for detailed manipulation, very useful for drums and layering.
