Anyone know how to solve the huge latency issue that happens when one of these plugins from TBProAudio gets loaded on a Track?

Try to change the buffer setting in your DAW and also set a lower oversampling in the plug-ins settings if too high.

Or buy and push on the developer to optimize CPU use

That's a bit disappointing. I wouldn't purchase a plugin that isn't already capable of functioning in the expected manner. I'm not gonna spend 59 Euro's just so I can push some guy to make his plugins function the way they are supposed to. If he can't do that already then he should not be selling his plugins, yet - IMO. It's a shame because this plugin has great functions. I particularly love EBU-128 mode - Gain riding of "loudness" rather than Peak and/or RMS (however it still needs a bit of work.) That's what ALL gain riding plugins should be aiming to do. It's the standard nowadays. But it's completely useless when the plugin throws your track out of time by approximately 24000 Samples.
