This post, along with all the flood of other P2P posts today with releases by TRAZOR, are P2P shares and not coming directly from TRAZOR. Since that is the case, direct support from TRAZOR should not be expected.

As a Resident of AZ, I feel obliged to assist in this situation, so as a fix:

check the installer package (Pacifist tool is an option)
take key.pvkey file from TRAZOR folder
put in "/Users/(your username)/Library/Polyverse/Supermodal" folder.

Download Pacifist from https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/6812/pacifist

Open the dmg file in this tool. The file opened on the second try...The keyfile is located in the bottom most folder named Trazor.
