If Cubase find no licence you have to change language for Cubase.app to english.
Edit: Rosetta 2 only.

it depends...the legit one - yes, the cracked one - very doubtful ... disabling SIP is not a good idea...(IMHO)
It's kinda walking from Mac back to Windows in terms of system stability and integrity . Not worth it if you ask me...

thinking sip or comparable mechanisms is great is embracing the wall of a walled garden.
like when windows defender says "your .exe is an unwanted hacking tool".
I decide what is wanted on my system.
It's not redmond and its not cupertino who is to decide.
