Luftrum Sound Design Luftrum 23 for Arturia Pigments 2-SYNTHiC4TE screenshot
SYNTHiC4TE | April 03 2020 | 43 MB
Luftrum 23 for Pigments 2 is an ambient cinematic soundbank for the film scoring space traveller and the electronic producer, containing 100 presets, with 75 original presets and 25 alternative versions. Also included are 22 “sweet spot” FX presets, for the reverb and delay effects

The set is created by Luftrum and taking the sounds back-to-basics in the vein of early Luftrum releases with rich pads, silky Vangelis-like keys, bitcrushed yet mellow synth leads, underscoring textures and conceptual granular work with sonics originating from space itself, like the dusty, mesmerizing granular pad Stillness of Stars sculpted out of a short snippet of otherworldly frequencies from Voyager 2 as it passed through the outer magnetosphere in 1979 and the pulsing drone based on the cryptic FRB signals from deep space billions of light-years away, which are intercepted, noise reduced and timestretched 350 times.

The soundbank is designed to evoke emotions and raise questions about the depths of space and time, journeys to the unknown, life and existence and the symbiosis between the tiny pale blue dot we call Earth and the vast eternal universe, with inspirations drawn from artists like Biosphere, Jonn Serrie, Vangelis, Carbon Based Lifeforms, Stellardrone, Ascendant and Steve Roach.

All presets got a few dB headroom, have modwheel assigned and aftertouch where it gave meaning. The soundbank is fully NKS compatible with NKS presets and NKS audio previews for users of Native Instruments hardware. There’s a PDF guide included, describing how to install the set. Do not go gentle into the night, space traveller

Cool! Presets for pigments are always welcome. One of my favorites vst. Don't understand why there is so little presets releases for this gem

I imported the presets successfully and I can see them in the user folder under "C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets\Pigments\User" but when I launch pigments 2 I cannot see it in banks, or in any lists, I cannot even see "user" preset folder in pigments.

Delete all db.db in C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets. They will be rebuilt when you launch Pigments and Luftrum will appear in BANKS.

I've had 3 db files in C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets folder:
db.db3-shm
db.db3-wal
db.db3
quit Pigments before deleting all db.* files, then relaunch it. It worked for me
It's not the best choice, it's spacer's choice!

Update, I have updated pigments to "Arturia Pigments v2.0.1.837 CE" (found on here) and once relaunched it showed up in both, standalone and vst. My problem has been solved.

Import Luftrum23.pgtx via Pigments https://ibb.co/RcF3kkY. Close Pigments.
Delete all db.db3.
Follow the Luftrum 23 Manual.pdf for FX Presets and NKS presets.
Launch Pigments.

Unfortunately no Sublibrary in Komplete Kontrol, so you dont know in Komplete Kontrol which presets are factory and which are luftrum, but thats by design of luftrum...
