Please, someone would be kind enough to tell me how to mount or open this .bin file. I have tried it with MagicISO, PowerISO, CDXTRACT 4 and I have had no luck, I have even done the conversion to .iso. I downloaded it twice, but nothing did not recognize the format. Any intrusion would be appreciated.

I'm using the binchunker (bchunk) commandline util on MacOS to convert from cue+bin to ISO.
You'll have to create the cue file yourself but it's easy.

I'm sure there are Windows tools available that can do the same...

There are too many Bin and Iso that so far cannot be unzipped, someone should reveal the method to be able to unzip these very old libraries, if anyone knows the method, would you be so kind to share a tutorial please?

I already found the method! Use the daemon tool lite conversion tool (load the virtual disk ".cue") and convert the format to ISO, so you can open that new iso file in CDXtract 4.5.
Here I pass them in capture:
Step 1 (imgbb)
Step 2 (imgbb)
Step 3 (imgbb)
Step 4 (imgbb)

I have tried other virtual disks from this "BEST.SERVICE" company, but it does not work on all, so it is difficult to determine which method will work with each virtual disk. A specialized program must be developed for such old virtual disks.

I also can't seem to find any software for pc to open this file? if you or anyone else have any luck or could shed some light on how to extract please let me know...cheers in advance.

i used peazip to extract the .rar file. that gave me a .bin and a .cue file. but i can't seem to get it to mount on my pc. i think that is because this is in akai format. i used to know how to deal with that, but that was years ago and i really can't recall what i did.

I was able to successfully mount in Windows 10 with no conversion by mounting the .bin file (not the .cue) in Elby Virtual CloneDrive, then running CDXtract as administrator and selecting "ELBY CLONEDRIVE" as the CD-ROM drive you want to look at. Hope this helps!

I haven't tried it yet, but if CDXtract is not able to read it, then you can try reading the image with Kontakt which uses Translator. However, the most critical thing is to mount it with a proper mounting software and I found that free Alcohol Portable or any Alcohol version works best. Daemon Tools also works, but I find it too obtrusive for the OS. So install Alcohol Portable, mount the image, and then read it from CDXtract or with Kontakt.

Hey guys I finally got a solution !!!
For Win 10.
Step 1 - Mount virtual disk with DAEMON Tools Lite.
Step 2 - In CDXTRACT 4 open the virtual disk.
Step 3 - In CDXTRACT 4 choose to convert disk, in the pop-up window select format, in my case the kontakt tab. indicate destination folders, press convert.
Step 4 - Go to the destination folder and you will find the files in (wav + nki) format in their respective folders.
I hope it serves you the same as me. Good luck.

Yep, mounting the ISO under Windows is the way to go.
I had no luck on MacOS for the lack of any software that can mount foreign raw ISO images as a virtual CD drive.

Not to come off as someone who's gonna post requests on a platform where that is not allowed, but I suppose there's be a lot of people who'd be happy if someone extracted the stuff from the images and posted them as an archive of plain files. Still thank you for this upload.

You should follow Hausens advice. CyberYoukai has a huge archive and also did a lot of conversions to wav already. Check for 90ssamplecds.

There are no plain files. It's a native AKAI format which can be converted to lots of other native formats that support programs and sample maps.

AKAI format guys, so it is not a standard bin/iso which can be read on your computer !

CDXtract is good, but lately I've been using this Extreme Sample Converter, you can actually test the sound before converting, and it is simple.
