Adam Monroe's Honky Tonk Piano was sampled from a vintage Chickering upright piano - exact age unknown - primarily through a Neumann TLM 102 microphone. The piano had undoubtedly seem some action, and although it could be tuned (one note at a time) the tone of the piano was a bit on the "honky" side. The piano was sampled close-miced with lid open in mono, but each note was carefully panned to creat a stereo effect. An AKG D112 was used initially in order to capture the lower frequencies, but the TLM 102 did a fine enough job on its own.

The Lute Harp (Lauthenharfe) is a small 22 stringed harp with a dreamy tone suitable for folk, early music, and cinematic compositions. We sampled all strings in four velocity layers, with four round robins and numerous glissandi effects. Our patch for Kontakt 3+ includes tremolo and arpeggio controls for beautiful picked paterns.
The instrument’s range is three octaves.

Our Shepherd’s Flute is an ancient type of bamboo flute from Israel, with a voice like a whisper in the wind.

The source of this sample library is an ancient type of bamboo flute from Israel, which has a mezzo soprano voice. The flute has seven holes on the top, and one hole underneath for the thumb. It has a lovely warm tone, almost like a whisper in the wind.
