quote by DazYou are getting that message because your version of Kontakt is too old.
You need to install 5.8.0 for this lib to work.

Cool thanks ;-) Didn't even noticed that 5.8.0 was released. Going to grab it now

First open the xml of the nicnt library file with a text editor (say, Textedit).
You'll find some numbers (and maybe letters) between the words <SNPID>......<SNPID>.
Copy that into the clipboard.
Now, go to library/Application support/Native Instruments / Service Center and open with the text editor the xml file of the library you'll find there.
Most likely, the <SNPID> number will be 000. Replace the zeros with the previous SNPID that you copied into the clipboard and you're good to go.

Can someone share his XML File please? Kontakt doesn‘t create one in my case.

If you install the library and it doesn't show up in Library Browser, you should do this two steps;

1- XML-Nicnt Synchronization
In some of the installs, library's id(SNPID) differs in XML and nicnt. You should check your .nicnt file's SNPID, then make sure XML's SNPID is the same.

2- Native Access
If you're sure about step 1, this means you don't have Native Access installed. You should download latest version of Native Access from NI website, open it once and close again.

Great Library but strangely I am missing the Rhythm and Phrase Animator in the mode tab!
Could this be a problem with my Kontakt Standalone 6.02 Version?
But everything else is there and works normal...

Oh, it seems the Rhythm Animator is only for Ensembles. There I found him.

There is a black friday 50% off sale on NI instruments now. I bought 70s drummer before. I am looking at buying this strings instrument for disco funk songs. Is there any advantage to paying for it vs downloading from here. Is this download fully functional? Should I buy a legitimate version of Kontakt or DL that as well. My DAW Motu DP is paid for. My experience with cracked software decades ago, put me off. Compromised functionality etc. I'm glad I didn't pay for all the Machine drum samples I download via torrents. Because there isn't much original sounds in them anyway. Are some software's better to buy vs DL? For functionality sake. Does anyone have any issues using all the Kontakt libraries available here. I am interested in the discovery series percussion from Africa, India and Middle East. Maybe that NI clarinet as well. I need to buy a big HD for all this. Holla.
