Ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows disk images from Digital River, hunting for untouched ISO files has been a pain. Our new tool will make your life easier, and provides and interface to Microsoft TechBench to download original Windows images directly from Microsoft's server.

Is a legit key still required once you've downloaded?

yep as far as i know because their genuine, untouched. I know on Windows 7 install though that can be skipped and then activated with something like Windows 7 Loader by Daz.

A legit key is not needed to download. Only activate (Not sure about install key) but for Windows 7 Ultimate it gave me the option to skip. While the method you listed above works, you would still need a key to download which if people wanted to activate via an alternative method then that option is ruled out. Also, as far as I know, These are the same as Microsoft would offer in your link above as your downloading it directly from Microsoft's servers.

You don't need a key to download win 8 and 10, you only need to download a little program that creates a disk or a USB pen with all intallation data. A key is required, on the other hand. to download wn 7. Then, obviously, you need a license or a proper crack to use the OS after the installation process. Nice tool, by the way. I didn't try it yet, but if it does what it says it's useful.
