As you can see we have moved to a new domain. This was a necessary move, because of the google filters that made it almost impossible to find AudioZ in Google's search results.

Some of you may experience problems logging in. This can be easily fixed by clearing your browser's cache.

Also wanted to mention that i have rebuilt navigation menu for mobile devices and in addition, fixed issues with modal windows as some members reported their misbehavior.

Hope you will love the new domain.

Thank you,
SAiNT

P.S. Guys I'm very sorry for delayed replies to your PM's, but it's either me working or me replying.
Please don't think that i'm ignoring your letters. I will reply to everyone

UPD Nov 24: Problems related to Socket Error have been finally fixed.

I appreciate the work you've done, SAiNT. Thank you all that you've given to me with AudioZ. If it weren't for AudioZ, I would have never made it as far in terms of making my innovative musical ideas a reality to the ears of others without needing telepathic communication skills.
PS: I'm having a problem with emojis on safari Mac OS X Mavericks latest version.

Cheers

This .download though.
I may be the only one to question such a choice but really? All this say to me (which I may possibly be wrong about), is that @SAiNT is more willing (or concern?) on getting Audioz more light and attract more users/traffic than actually shielding it from the big EYES roaming around to take down stuff.
My confusion is and has been for a while that in modern internet days, what is suppose to be "Underground" and evolve through the means of "word of mouth", cryptic and private messages is no longer the case. "Underground" lately is not really under the ground, the urge to be popular and known supersede such model. In the good old days of underground content, not finding a warez site in Google search was actually a good thing; People had to grind and know their ways around to discover such a stash!
But hey! who am I to complain though. Audioz is not the only site pushing for more exposure. Maybe it's not even fair to question SAiNT's motives as lots of other (suppose underground) sites doing it; especially the ones who shamelessly have FaceBook with all the warez posting... Like nothing! lol
Oh well, I'm getting too old
Still, #shoutout to SAiNT though!

I always wanted to make AudioZ easy to use and accessible to everyone. I don't care about underground and all that stuff. To me it's only about helping musicians.

It is with the greatest of respect that I must disagree.
The problem is this:
Without exposure, and new members and up-loaders, a site like this is a little like a family: it shrinks, up-loaders begin recycling old releases, the smaller numbers of members becomes like inbred royalty - and constant bickering always ensues. Release groups see the problems, and may tend to shy away from the problems. The loss of connections to the Groups means the site becomes unattractive to users, and things spiral downward and just peter away...
On the flip side, too much exposure, as you say, leads to discovery and new members who may be disrespectful of the rules and customs.
A dilemma: but just as in government and so many other things, a certain degree of openness is all that stands between stagnation, in-fighting (which we have already seen), and repetition of errors (caused by too much 'shielding', and minimized exposure) - and the only counter-mechanism is a constant influx of "new blood," so to speak.
I, too, have been around since it was all "underground" - but the world is changing, and we must adapt or die - it's just a natural rule.
The very fact that so many sites have proliferated is the thing that protects sites like this one: which of the endless heads of the Hydra can be cut, only to have two more sprout up to replace it? The enemies of sharing begin to chase their own tails, 'round and 'round.' as the Hydra grows ever-stronger and more prolific. There is a certain safety in being buried among many, many similar sites.
There is little or no safety in standing out, alone, as an "Elite" site. Those are the ones most targeted.
The other thing is money - something we tend not to think about: these sites are expensive, developing protection for them is expensive, maintaining the bandwidth and the database is expensive. Keeping track of, and responding to people is expensive - and the only cure is either donations (which many can simply not afford), or exposure to bring in new revenue.
The balance is difficult, but necessary.
I have seen so many sites, over the long decades, disappear because they erred on the side of too much caution and restriction, only to have shrunk and failed.
It's just an opinion, of course, like any other comment - and likely not wholly correct nor incorrect.
But I tend to support this decision because of these beliefs.
Peace, and respect.
Just one in 7 billion. Here and gone.
